The instructor, Chris Herman, is a Certified Professional Building Designer, owns Winter Sun Design (www.wintersundesign.com) specializing in designing “green” solar homes, photovoltaic (solar electric) systems, solar hot water systems, consulting and teaching since 1987, and is also a Co-Founder of the Northwest Eco-Building Guild and Past President of the Solar Washington Association.
